Many ideas come to us at an early stage. We can run a preliminary study based on our expertise and experience, whereby the focus is always on technical and economic feasibility.
During the design phase (basic and detail engineering), the concept is worked out in detail and it can then be built from the drawings, including all accompanying component lists, HSE studies, P&IDs, 3D lay-out and schedules.
MTSA Technopower 5.0 has its own mechanical and electronic workshops for the manufacturing of special parts. We exhaust our large network of reliable suppliers to bring in standard products that are already available on the market.
MTSA Technopower 5.0 has small assembly rooms, a cleanroom, and large assembly areas for assembly work, all equipped with state-of-the-art lifting equipment. Large or special objects pose no problems for us.
In-house assembly offers extensive testing options (Factory Acceptance Test), guaranteeing functionality and compliance with specifications. Aside from inspecting the product, we can also train your staff to use it.
Following the Factory Acceptance Test and delivery, the product is set up and installed on-site, integrated with existing facilities and commissioned. Tests can also be carried out at this stage (Site Acceptance Test) and employees can be trained in how to use the installation.
MTSA Technopower 5.0 would be happy to take care of maintenance, both during and after the guarantee period.
This can include both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as supplying replacement parts.
